Final 14! <3 The merge is near. I can feel it! I'm very worried if I'm going to have enough numbers on my side. Ian/Jamie were eliminated last round. Those were two allies who I felt I needed to further myself. Now, it's going to be tough. RC and I decided to keep Jefra over Ian, cause we feel she's more social and plus the fact she played CYS11 will help us potentially make inroads and help people flip to us. Not to mention, she was on Bayamon to start with. Ian was only on Escambia with us, so he wouldn't really bring anything that could help us. Hopefully I made the right choice to keep Jefra! I don't fully trust her, plus she's more of an end game threat than Ian, who was admittedly kind of fodder at this point. But Ian mentioned he was suspicious of CYS12 sticking together, so I think he would've made a move against me/RC anyway. That was the first really tough decision I had to make in the game. The other votes were quite simple, cause I never felt the people I've been taking out were on my side at all.
I wish we could've taken out Courtney, or even Cliff, instead of Ian. But the twist made it come down to Jefra/Ian. If we lose this round, Courtney will for sure leave. I just hope she doesn't have an idol. I made a plan to help get Jay as the Bayamon leader this round. This was cause I want him to really trust me, and know I want him to have the immunity. Plus, it will lessen the threat of people thinking CYS12 are all sticking together in some unbreakable alliance. My two closest allies are probably RC and Jay anyway. Jefra is right up there too, but Jay is for sure above Cliff. In case we won, we didn't want Courtney/Cliff being able to communicate with Paget, as tribe leaders. Hopefully Jay could help make some friends who we'll need at the merge. Cause based on these current tribes, we're gonna be outnumbered. Hopefully we can still pull in Ethan, not sure who else. I think Malcolm is my merge target at the moment. He's been trying to get me out since Day 1, so fuck him!
Also, I got the secret pairs Hidden Immunity Idol clue from Jay. He was partnered with Tanya, who was booted, giving him the clue. He shared it with me and RC, cause I think he trusts us the most. We're working our way through it together, I think we'll have it in a few more days. If I get the idol, I'm going to give it to him anyway. I'd rather it be in the hands of someone I trust, cause I hate having to worry about misusing the idol, or getting blindsided with it.
I hope I don't miss out on too much strategy when I'm traveling.
