Let The Games Begin... Again!

Well the game is starting to begin, and I am definitely a lot more into this season than I was in CYS12 for sure. For some reason I just didn't have motivation last season, and this time around there's so many people here that screwed me over and I actually have something to prove. It's hard to trust people from the last 2 seasons I played because a lot of them backstabbed me (and to be fair, I backstabbed a few of them and lied to pretty much all of them... so it's hard for them to trust me). The odd star out twist... I highly doubt it's going to be "person who gets the most votes is out of the game". I feel like it may be something bad, or else probably they choose the tribes or something like that. Either way, the twist does not worry me at all.

As for the people in the game, definitely got an interesting mix here. For sure this is definitely the craziest group I've ever played with... more because everybody here is here to win, and everybody is ready to play cutthroat. It's hard to trust anybody especially this early on, and I only have knowledge on people from CYS10-CYS12, so anybody before that could easily be the biggest scumbag on the planet and I would have no idea.

Anyways, there's not too much to talk about, but I do want to give a ranking of the cast so far, and also give my opinions on everybody... so here we go, in order of favorite to least favorite.

1.
Definitely my closest ally at this point (whether she considers us allies or not is a different story). We definitely connect more than I connect with anyone else in the game, and we've talked a whole lot... pretty much since the day we were both revealed to be in the cast. We don't do a lot of game talk, which in my opinion is a good thing at this point. I don't want to seem to power crazy or anything like that... but we had some really decent conversations  about life. And we both agreed to keep our friendship a secret, so if anybody asks who I've talked to I will not even say I've talked to her, and she's doing the same about me.
2.
Never talked to RC in CYS12, but I figured I would like her this time around. I'm not sure if everyone from that season knows I was Jean-Robert... but if they don't, RC is the only person I am telling (and possibly Jefra). I think RC kind of feels loyal to me because I was her golden bond last season... and plus I really like RC. She's nice, and I think she wants to play a strong game and not just go with the flow. I hate boring games... I want big moves to be made, and if I can make big moves with good people and not screw over my game, things will be fun around here.
3.
This one may be a little bit of a surprise... it surprised me that I like Savage so far. I don't know if it's because they're plotting against me or anything, but so far nothing about what happened in CYS10 has been brought up. Like... it's almost as if we're starting from scratch, and Savage is actually a really nice guy, and fun to talk to. I know that I have to watch out for him, and I know that he's going to be a challenge threat... so if I need to get him out before the merge I will not hesitate to do it, but if I think he will be loyal to me (I have some doubts), I wouldn't be against working with him deep into the game...
4.
Haven't talked as much with her as I have the other 3, but we still talked a bit and I like her. Not sure if it'll lead to an alliance or anything, but it's cool to have my bases covered in case I'm not on a tribe with the people I like more. Screw your no cross-tribal talking rule! haha
5.
I prediciton wrote for this season (well... at least I watched the season, didn't write very much lol), and I honestly don't remember much about Malcolm. I have a feeling he plays a little bit of a cutthroat game because I remember something like that... I don't know for sure, but I'm definitely not trusting him 100% yet. We talked a little bit, again... not really about game talk or anything, and he seems like a good guy. We shall see.
6.
Another surprising choice. We literally exchanged 2 sentences so far this season, but for some reason I feel like I can trust him... at least for now. Long term I don't think is going to work with him, because he knows I'm capable of switching in a second... but at the same time, I don't know if he will trust Savage as much as he did the first time around, so he might need someone else to go with. Honestly, if Ian and I can work out our differences and form a power duo I would be 100% for that... but the thing is there's other people from our season here and most of them either don't trust me, or I don't like them.
7.
The only reason he is this high is because I'm pretty sure he was Gillian last season, and I would hope Gillian trusts me after I put my neck out on the line for her, and basically got myself voted off for her. I'm worried that Kass got in her head, but either way I don't really care that much... I'm just okay with Bob right now, haven't talked to him yet so we will see where that gets us.
8.
Literally just had a conversation with him and he seems a little strange, but funny. I don't know... he talked about a Halloween party and then having to do some "adult stuff" then clearing it up saying it was just banking and groceries. Hmm... well considering he got 15th in his season I do not consider him much of a threat... and maybe he'd be a dumb follower. Could use that to my advantage.
9.
I think this girl thinks she's the s*** or something, but really... what did she even do? I mean yeah, it's cool that she was the last girl standing, but was it really her doing? Or was it because the guys were so dysfunctional towards the end? And then her tirade against Yul? Yeah... I understand what Yul did was stupid, but do you not understand that we are playing under aliases? If I do something under my alias as Jamie Newton, it doesn't necessarily reflect my opinions in real life... and plus it's an online game! Do not take this stuff so seriously... Jefra and I could end up working in an alliance with RC, but I don't know... I don't trust her all that much, she seems super sketchy.
10.
Let me start off by saying, as much as this girl is going to be annoying as hell... I can see us working together possibly. It'll be hard to get past the whole "playing Morgan's character" thing and her overplaying it... because I hate characters like her, Tanya, and Cliff... but out of those 3, she's the one I think I could trust the most. Haven't talked with her yet, but from what I saw in Transylvania, I think she'd be a good person to have on my side.
11.
Simply this high because I've talked to him and actually had a decent conversation with him. I've heard a lot of bad stuff about him though, so I will never fully trust him...
12.
Yeah, the nickname she chose for herself isn't doing her any favors... doesn't make me want to go out of my way and trust this girl. If she wants to come to me and start up a conversation, I'll go along with it, but I'm not starting one with her. I don't need to risk having someone telling someone else about everything I say, and she seems like the type that would do that.
13.
Very small conversation with her... like not even worth mentioning. She's a threat... I mean look at her... winner plus a 3rd time finish. That is somebody I want out as soon as possible. Sorry, but if I have anything to do with it your nice little record is not going to continue.
14.
I'm expecting her to be kind of a nobody this season... not inactive, but just a floater pretty much. I'll be honest, I don't know anything about her past seasons... and considering she won, maybe I'm totally off... but she just doesn't seem like somebody who is going to try very hard.
15.
Pretty much the last person I don't hate... BUT that's only because I haven't talked to him. I know this guy is going to be a douche, and I've been warned big time about him. He chose the name slime ball... so that shows me he knows he's an ass hole and is proud of it. Yeah, okay... let's see how far that gets you buddy.
16.
Not a fan of this guy. We kind of had a bit of a rivalry right before I got voted out, and then we became the first 2 members of the jury and it was kind of like a Bobby Jon/Jamie thing... we were sort of like buddy buddy in the jury, but still... I don't trust this guy at all. He told me so many lies, and the whole mutiny thing that happened still has me very wary of him. I could possibly work with him, but I would definitely not let him get anyone close to 8th place... I feel like he'd easily flip.
17.
Silas, we kind of got along last season... but he knew I wasn't loyal to the guys at all and that's sort of where the trust ended. I don't blame him, I definitely wasn't sticking with the guys... but the thing is, Silas isn't that smart... and I'm not the only one who's said it this season. I don't consider him a threat at all and I'm pretty sure he's just going to play the same game... get himself in a big alliance, and then he'll be surprised when he's last in that alliance and finds himself 8th place again.
18.
Barely even talked to this guy last season, and I don't plan on working with him at all. I fully expect the 3 guys from Island of Love to work together again, and I am going to try super hard to make sure they are the first 3 boots. He's already showing himself as a threat by getting everyone to vote for him in the first poll. I'm really hoping the vote ends up giving him something terrible, but knowing CYS... he's going to be the man of the hour somehow.
19.
I think I'm the only person that didn't find him funny at all. It was so annoying reading the "STIFF CLIFF WANTS SEX" "STIFF CLIFF IS HARD". This is why I didn't enjoy last season... everybody was kind of stupid, or playing in these big alliances that I knew were not going to break until the merge... and to me that's boring. How this guy won is beyond me... like, I thought Tanya was crazy but she actually had strategy behind her game. Cliff was just useless... and he's so lucky Yul was accused of being a total creep haha.
20.
Okay I don't hate Tanya... and I never really hated her in my season. The only reason she is this low is because I am not letting her have a 4th win in the CYS series... if somehow that happens, this girl deserves a medal or something. I will do everything it takes to make sure everybody knows she's won 3 times, and make sure it does not happen again. I don't know how she got so far in Transylvania, but I definitely want to see her make it no farther than 15th this.
21.
No respect for her. We were really good friends going into Gobi after we just played another game together, and were super close allies. Her backstabbing me didn't even make me hate her... it's literally just the fact that she lied to everyone. Pretty much every single person. Shady bitch is definitely how I would describe her, and I do not trust this girl at all. I might entertain an alliance with her, but I am not seriously working with her... I want her gone first...

The Alliance

Things are looking pretty decent for me right about now. Definitely thought I would be a huge target because I couldn't make the first challenge, but surprisingly I don't think I'm anybody's target tonight. From what I hear, Malcolm, Heidi and Vecepia all think it's going to be Silas going home, when it's actually going to be Vecepia heading home if all goes according to plan.

I am once again working with Ian this season, and I think it's a good idea... we both didn't know whether we could trust each other last time we played because we had never seen each other play before. This time around I know he really wanted to be loyal to me last round, and I'm hoping he sees that I only doubted him due to uncertainty.

On top of Ian we have RC and Silas in my alliance... I am not worried about them taking Ian and I out in the long run because I don't think they were working together at all last season. What I am a bit worried about is Ethan replacing Vecepia and then him and Silas somehow gain control. I need to make sure that doesn't happen, and RC assures me that me her and Ian will split up Ethan/Silas in the long run... and I have to trust her on that.

Tonight's vote pretty much came down to who's the bigger threat between Vecepia and Heidi. Personally I don't see Vecepia making any big moves, and Heidi won the game before... that alone makes her more of a threat. But Ian does have a point. She's played in a lot of seasons of this game, so she has connections that we don't have. Either way the plan is to take the other person out next, so it's not a big deal whoever ends up going first... I also thought getting rid of Malcolm would be a better idea because he is a strong strategist, and super nice. That's a threat down the road for sure. But whatever, I'm not looking to come off as the leader of this alliance or anything... so I am 100% fine with Vecepia going home.

Operation Success

So my tribe just recently completed our first trip to tribal council, and I'd call it a major success... at least for me. I expected to get a few votes for not participating in the challenge, but nope... not a single vote went my way! It was between Silas and Vecepia, and my alliance came through and took out Vecepia due to all her past relationships in the game due to playing more than one season.

In exchange for Vecepia, we get Ethan... and although I am a little worried about Ethan and Silas teaming up, RC assures me that down the road, Ian, RC, and me can split those 2 up if need be. Not sure if I trust that 100%, because for all I know, she could be telling Ethan and Silas the same thing about me and Ian. But whatever, that's way in the future at this point.

I am planning to stick with this alliance, and I'm hoping they are too because it's a good idea... Heidi is a former winner, so she's obviously a threat. She is definitely the next one to go should we lose another challenge, and Malcolm will be following right behind her. And hopefully a tribe swap happens after that, because having to go to a tribal with just the 5 of us would be brutal.

Ian is definitely my closest ally at this point. I trust him 100%, and I'm hoping he trust me 100%. RC is a close second, and then Silas and Ethan come after that.

On the other tribes, I think I will have Ciera on my side if we are on the same tribe ever because we did have a lot of conversations before the tribe division. I'm also hoping that Andrew is going to be a number for Ian and I if we end up needing him. Not exactly sure where his head is at, but yeah... hoping we can make something happen.

Not much new stuff to tell you about I guess. Malcolm and Heidi are obviously pissed that things didn't go their way, but that's what they get for coming up with stupid reasons to target Silas and I in the very first round. Now you're in a crap position, and I'm loving every second of it.

Blind Eye

This whole not being allowed to talk to the opposing tribes is super stressful and driving me crazy. Ciera, one of my closest allies before the tribe division is gone, and I have no clue how or why it happened... Definitely would have thought it'd be smart for the other tribes to get rid of Cliff and Tanya respectively, and I definitely expected at least one of them to get sent home... but instead we get Ciera and Carter gone, and I have no clue why, so that's sucky.

Dynamics on my tribe have not changed a whole lot. It's still everybody versus Heidi/Malcolm. I do have a little bit of worry about Ian once again... he told me that he was close with Alicia before the tribe division, and that makes me very scared. I don't trust Alicia at all, and I want to trust Ian, but it's kind of hard when she's working with somebody as sketchy as Alicia. So yeah, out of everyone is my alliance, Ian is the one I'm most worried about... and the thing is, I told him he was my closest ally. I don't know if he's thinking the same way or not and that's what freaks me out. I have no idea what his true intentions are...

As for the tribe leader thing, as if we're actually going to give it to Malcolm (like he wants). I'm probably just going to lie to him and say we are going to give it to him, and in reality vote for Ian (we talked about it, and I think he wants it more than I do... and plus if I'm not getting these advantages, I don't look like a threat). I don't see much of an advantage to being the one that gets this. Sure you can get inside information on the other tribe, but I'm sure Ian will just tell me everything that happens anyways.

Right now it's definitely looking like Heidi is 100% next to go from our tribe, and if somehow we don't switch, Malcolm is right after. I don't even want to think about the tribe swap right now because I know it's going to be a mess... the one thing I was looking forward to was possibly meeting up with Ciera, but that option isn't available anymore.

Edit: And pretty sure the plan for tribe leader just changed. Just found out that if we lose, 2 people are joining our tribe for tribal and one person from our tribe wont attend. So that would make our alliance go from 5-2, to 4-2 and potentially 4-4 if Malcolm and Heidi can convince the other tribe leaders to join them. That's just way too risky for me, so I proposed a plan to make Malcolm the leader, and then we throw the challenge (sorry Brandon, I'm not a fan of it either... but it's the best idea for our alliance right now) that way Malcolm can't attend tribal and either way we still have 5-3 if the tribe leaders decide to join Heidi. Only thing that can screw this up in an idol.

I hate Morgan. I think that's worthy of a confessional in itself. I'm going to really sarcastically kiss her ass and be like "Oh my god Morgan you're amazing". But yeah... I hate Morgan.

A New Alliance is Formed

So I definitely thought I was going to be screwed by this tribe swap, and I very well could still be depending on how honest my new allies are being to me (I have my doubts). So the tribe swap happens, and the only people I get from my old tribe are Malcolm who has always not been on my side, and Ethan... who is the person I talked to the least in my original alliance. It's almost as if Brandon planned to screw me over with this, and then I remember we were technically the ones that chose the new tribes, so you're off the hook this time Brandon. Anyways, I talked to Ethan and told him no matter what that we have to stick together, and he fully agreed. He then reached out to Sean who I talked to as well (but not about game talk) and managed to convince him into a 3 person alliance with me and Ethan. From there on, we all agreed that extending that alliance up to 5 people would be a good idea because it gives us majority on the tribe. So both Ethan and I agreed that Brenda was a good person to have with us, and Ethan really likes Bob, so I'm cool with that... although I'm worried because I know Bob and Morgan we're very close in their original season... but whatever, alliance right now is Ethan, Brenda, Bob, Sean, and myself. Sounds good if everybody is being truthful.

Now since it's a new tribe, let's update my rankings...

1.
Used to have him as number 18 on my overall ranking, and now he's my closest ally in the tribe. A lot of it has to do with him not knowing I'm Jean Robert I think. Remember, this is the guy that screwed me over the last time we played together with his Island of Love power... but this is a brand new game, and I'm technically a whole different person in this one. I trust him for the most part, but like I said, we never talked before the swap other than in the alliances group chat... so I'm a little bit worried.
2.
Once I found out Ciera was out of the game, I knew Brenda would be my next go to person at a swap/merge. Me and her talked quite a bit before the original tribe division, and I really did like her. I just wasn't sure our game plan would work out once we got together, but thankfully it is working. Our paths have collided, and I think she's going to be an asset down the line.
3.
Talked a lot, mostly about life... that's how I usually start my conversations with people. I never want to be the one that switches a conversation to game talk out of nowhere... that comes off as shady in my opinion. But yeah, Sean seems like a good guy, but I always have to remember the warnings I was given about him Pre-Game and the fact that he's "The Sneak". Those are the only things that worry me about him...
4.
Honestly, I have him this high because of talks we had pre-game. I haven't talked to him at all since the swap, which makes me think he doesn't need me... and that he has the numbers. But we did have talks pre game about working together, and I don't know whether his plans have changed or not, but I am going to keep the option of working with him open. Ideally at the merge I would have Ian, Savage, and me working together... I think that would be a fun final 3, but I don't know what they are thinking.
5.
Literally have not said anything to this guy the entire game, but he's in my alliance... so I have him higher than I would have him if he wasn't. Like I said, I know he's more than likely aligned with Morgan and that makes me worried... he could be spilling all the plans we talk about to Morgan and that would definitely end up with me being voted off. But Ethan trusts him... and at this point I have no other option than to trust Ethan's word.
6.
Meh, no idea what to think about him. When he was elected as a tribe leader and joined our tribal council, he told me he would do whatever is in the best interest of myself and Ian... and he stuck true to that by helping us vote out Heidi. But at the same time, Heidi was going home no matter what... so whether they voted with us or not, Heidi would still be gone. So for all I know, they wanted to make a power move against us, but couldn't... so they covered their butts by taking out Heidi. But of course, I could easily be over thinking this like I always do. But yeah, he's a wildcard in my opinion.
7.
Oh Malcolm... Malcolm, Malcolm, Malcolm. I don't know, but I can't help but have the feeling that he's super pissed about having been on the outside of our last tribe. This could very well not be the case, but I know I would be pissed if I was in his position. He has information that he can use to pretty much ruin Ethan and I, and if he tells everybody that we were working with RC, Ian, and Silas... it could be the end of Ethan and my game. But yeah, Malcolm and I have always been on opposite sides of alliances, and that pretty much sticks true here.
8.
Oh look, my favorite person in the whole entire game. Not! I'm sure she already has a crap ton of entries about me in her "Burn Book". Cool, will be fun reads for after the game. This girl is annoying as hell, and if I have anything to do with it, she's going home the first time we lose. Sorry Brandon, I know you love her character, but I can't stand her. All I can do is pretend to kiss her butt, and pretend to be her biggest fan or whatever, but she's really annoying.

Jamie's Head... Meet the Chopping Block

So... I truly have no idea how this vote is going to end up. I would like to think that my alliance is being truthful (Sean, Bob, Ethan, and Brenda) but at the same time, it would not surprise me if they turn on me... and honestly it's probably a good move on their part because I have no clue if I will stick with them once a swap comes. And I have a feeling Malcolm is getting in everybody's head and feeding them lies, which does make me a little bit nervous.

I didn't suck at the challenge because I'm cocky and think I'm going to survive. I was actually going to try and get like 100 cats, but my computer froze while I was doing it and I was getting pretty close to having to go to work... so I wasn't about to restart everything. I was just really hoping 2 people would do worst than me, but nope...

So yeah, I'm kind of holding on hope that my alliance is going to keep me. And I also I'm putting a little bit of faith in Savage and Brian, although I don't think they're going to keep me. I'm going to talk to them and hopefully convince them to keep me around, but I have no idea. I'm also pretty worried about Bob because I'm pretty sure him and Morgan are tight. This could be bad...
