If it ties then wouldn't it end in a BRENDA win. Tying would only occur if Morgan voted Brenda and Brian voted Sean. Then Brian breaking the tie in favor of Brenda. That's just me assuming you would have the juror that didn't vote for the people in the tie just break the tie.
